Queen Elizabeth I

This week I will be blogging on the infamous reign of Queen Elizabeth the I of England

She was the daughter of well-known King Henry the VIII as well as daughter of Anne Boleyn, and was the half-sister of the future Queen Mary the I, also known as the vengeful ghost Bloody Mary.

Anyways, Queen Elizabeth the I of England, was very much a "leading lady", if you will, of her time. She proved to be the powerhouse at some point, in England's monarchy....After all, she did have an example of how to reign the right way, given by her Kingly father.

During her reign in England's throne, Queen Elizabeth too often struggled with the neighboring religions of the time, Catholicism and Protestantism. The Spanish Armada and her sister Mary even made this transition so much more difficult than necessary. They were in cahoots to attempt for Elizabeth to be overthrown as the Queen of England.
